[CLIENT] Rune pages in collection tab reorder themselves when clicking and dragging to sort them

I've noticed this problem for a awhile now. When in the runes tab of the collection my rune pages will reorder themselves randomly for no apparent reason. If I click and drag the first rune page and try to move it one place it will and up in another place.

Has anyone else noticed this problem?
