Crashing on loading screen

Recently, right when my loading screen's supposed to appear after championselect, I get a black screen and alt tab to find some error message. i hit ok, force close the unresponsive tab with task manager then reconnect to the same problem. I'm forced to exit the client and restart from the launcher after which it works perfectly
