Why am I unranked after my Provisionals?

My profile, TSA Anonymous, doesn't list my provisional progress anymore (so no 7/10 provisionals done, etc.) It just shows nothing. NA.OP.GG only says I have played 7 Ranked Game, while LoLKing says that I am in Bronze II. I know for a fact that I played 10 Games, not 7.

Restarted my League Client and waited 5 Hours, still no change...
