Why can't this website keep me on the North American board

Every time I come here and try to post I find out I can't because it has me stuck on the EU West board, Even though it says North America right there under my username in the upper right. And there's no way to link to the North American board through this site that I can see either, I finally got here by Googling "League of Legends North American Board"! It's not like I'm in the Arctic Circle, just in the same state the company is based....

WTF!?
