[GAMEPLAY] Vel'Koz Ultimate Bug

Hey, Bug Team (or whoever I am adressing with this report),

I wanted to make you know that I had a werid bug in my last game which influenced my gameplay. I talk about . In the game, I used my ult, but there was no lazor who damaged the enemies. Vel'Koz animated the stance he uses in his ult, but was neither able to shot a lazor nor able to rotate. As I said: It was werid, but dependent and important.

The bug is shown in the replay in the link above. It appears in 26:20. I hope you make a note of it and fix it with the next patch. Thanks for reading. :)
