Issue i have been running into very commonly

I have been running into an issue, where the game refuses to launch, giving me the warning "Network Warning", but the issue is not my network. League client crashes, and freezes ALL the time, and i get low priority que for this stupid bug. I have proof of, it and I do not want to lose LP due to your shitty client. http://imgur.com/ioeHgX0 is a screenshot of the bug i took. I am sick of being punished for this shit client. It is not my network, I was streaming when this happened, and I have video proof if required. Please do not take LP for your client's issue.

EDIT: I forgot to add that after restarting the client completely, the issue persists.
