Randomly disconnecting from game while still having internet.

So I've been randomly disconnecting from my games but when i check internet it works perfectly. To make matters worse, when i disconnect and then reconnect I find out that other people, sometimes even more than 3 disconnected as well. I think something is wrong with your game or servers.

Same here, it's not a problem on the users' end.

It happened some time around patch 7.13 and it's still there. I tried the following:

Starting client as administrator
Compatibility Mode
Low-spec Mode
Followed the connection guide but it STILL happens on fiber, dsl and 4G, EVEN IN THE PRACTICE TOOL.
Full repair
Uninstall / Reinstall

Nothing works, because there's a damn issue in the code. Please stop answering with the standard "Connection guide" link. This is a serious problem.
