[CLIENT] Blackscreen and no load after champ select

I've recently noticed that whenever I go through champ select and the game begins to load, my game fails to do so. I simply get a blackscreen and eventually the whole "The client has crashed, would you like to try?" error message. Ctrl-alt-deleting league and all of it's processes in order to restart does not work, going back to the client and reconnecting does not work. I seem completely unable to fix the issue.

I'm confident it's not my internet, as in order to test if the connection was weak I've downloaded several things on steam steam, played other games, run ping test, ect ect. All are showing that my internet is perfectly function in all aspects other than league.
