Extreme Gameplay Glitch/Bug

Riot Games, I just played a classic 5v5 game, and when I joined in, I couldn't move the screen (The only way I could was if I held spacebar the entire game). Also, I couldn't change any of my in game settings, or disconnect. Another issue was that I could not enter the shop to buy items, or upgrade abilities by clicking on the plus above it. I have never encountered this problem before. It might have something to do with Blight Crystal Varus. Everything was good when I was using the regular skin and Arctic Ops Varus, but things became strange when I put on Blight Crystal.
