Garen Healing Done Not Correct

I healed a ton in an ARAM and noticed at the end that I healed the least of my entire team (4400 which was barely more than my max health). Pictures included of my items and the graph.

Health regen doesn't count
honestly I have no idea how they calculate healing done, but im 100% sure HP regn doesn't count.
