Blocked Chat in Champselect Bug

I was unblocking all the players I had on my block list which resulted in my champselect chat to be blocked similar to when your chat gets blocked if you type too many line in sequence of each other. When I stopped unblocking users, the chat after a short duration was able to be used again, and is repeatable process.
