Vel koz bug/bugs

[GAMEPLAY] vel koz abilities not working properly

Having played against several vel koz recently, I have encountered a few weird bugs. First off his ult is applying passive stacks, for example he will use ult first ability, and you will get passive stacks somehow. Also some of his abilities are randomly applying 3 stacks, as in he uses q and it pops his passive, while you were at no passive stacks... implying the ability gave 3 stacks.
