Hi, I was playing with my friends last night and when Jhin hit sivir the mark was permantly placed on Sivir for a really long time, but when Jhin tried to W sivir, it didn't stun. So the mark was just there for a long time without doing anything... Thanks for reading

Guyy Fieri1 votesIt could've been a really late spell shield that still went through, in which case you could've just missed the animation from it, especially if there are a lot of graphics going on when she spell shields it can be hard to see it.
