Friends List Bug?

Hello! I think I found a bug with the friends list, even though I'm pretty sure someone already said this before me. On my friends list, sometimes when people log off, it shows their name as if you clicked the "Show Offline Friends" button, and then some don't show at all. This just started happening at the start of patch 6.9, so maybe it's a bug in it? I'm not sure. Thanks for reading this and I hope you have a great day!
