Rank decay and Ranked afker suggestions

So I was playing ranked and lost a match while at about 13 LP but then somehow my rank went from Gold V to Silver 1. So I was and still am extremely annoyed about that and seen why. There was a message saying "I have been inactive in ranked for a certain amount of time". So I wanted to report it but then again I got lost in playing more ranked matches. So then yesterday I was at about 12 points and lost a match then rank decayed again. So now I'm like WTF!?!?!?! I played another match to see if it was real and it was. And I got the message right after the match.

Also in this match I lost points because 2 people decided to leave the match. Intentionally. I don't think people should be losing points because other people want to leave. Can you (Riot) somehow fix this afk crap where we take half/reduced/no points deducted from the match. I mean, it's not our fault that they left. If someone was toxic then you gave the choice for A.) players to argue back or B.) players to block each other. Seriously.

Put down what players want for a while and think about what players actually need again. Like the Teamwork OP video helped. Now we need you (Riot) to work with us (LoL Players) on what we (LoL Players) need.
