Sion W passive not giving any health
Exactly what title says. This picture is during a ranked match. Notice in the top right corner it says 94 farm for anyone who thinks I actually wasn't farming.

Did you make sure the tooltip was accurate? As in, did you check to see if you gained health after killing each type of unit (small, large, and champion since they give different amounts) and that the tooltip just wasn't showing.
SNAP. Wonder if I've had games with this.
