Items stated removed from the game not actually removed

The patch notes stated that "Executioners Calling", "Sword of the Divine", and "Atma's Impaler" were removed from the game. However, going into a custom on the Twisted Treeline, the items still show up on my item sets (they did not show up on rift).

I confirmed that they still show up on Howling Abyss as well (which slightly off topic, Raptor Cloak is enabled on HA but Ohmwrecker is not, which it seems weird that that item is specifically to be built into Ohmwrecker is available but the final product is not.)

its a small oversight but the items were not removed from the game. I was unable to confirm Negatron being gone since i lacked a pure Negatron in an item set.
