Tahm Ascension Bug

Play a game of Ascension, Ally Tahm was eating Xerath (looked like Q+W) then spitting him out some distance away, game eventually thought Xerath was dead, thus spawned a new one. Later they began killing each Xerath, each one spawning an Ascension power up, so thus having multiple people Ascended on a single team (we at least had 3 ascended at one point).
