Patcher won't even start up after patch 4.19

Exactly what the title says. I've tried various things, I've tried redownloading League, I tried doing a system restore, I tried many other things, but, for some reason, after patch 4.19, when I click the icon to start the game, it shows the logo, then that's it. It doesn't open up the patcher.
