armor pen bug.

first off i cant seem to get it to take a pic in-game sry. so in-game i can get pantheion to have 50 armor pen. but with my masters runes and items it should be at 40. so +10 armor pen is a lot. but at the same time it's not always there. it goes in and out. right after i get the items its there for about 10-15 secs thin it drops back to 40. but in fights its back. and just walking around not fighting it's random if it's there or not. set up: pantheion with dragon slayer skin. mastery points: offense: 21 points, double-edged sword1. fury4. brute force3. martial mastery1. executioner3. warlord3. dangerous game1. frenzy1. devastating strikes3. havoc1. defense: 9 points, block2. enchanted armor2. unyielding1. veteran's scars3. juggernaut1. runes: all t3. marks: 8 greater mark of armor penetration. 1 greater mark of attack speed. seals: 9 greater seals of attack speed. glyphs: 9 greater glyphs of attack speed. quintessences: 3 greater quintessences of attack speed items: 1 black cleaver. 1 youmuu's ghostblade. 1 last whisper. building any thing els don't seem to matter just the mix of the 3. soon as i build the 3rd one my armor pen jumps to 50.
