High Ping (League only)

Only on LOL am I getting ridiculously high ping. I used to have 70-80 but now I can get 5k ping for the entire game and 130-150, which is impossible to play properly with. This is extremely random so sometimes a game will sit at 90 ping then spike up to 10k for the rest of the game. My internet is not the problem as no other game lags and the speed of my internet is fast.

Edit: Also, this happens BOTH in PBE and regular League. I've only experienced high ping in PBE 1 time out of 5 games, all the other times have happened on regular League.
