The new guinsoos phantom hit doesnt proc caits passive i know it works on vaynes silver bolts so im not sure if this is a bug or intentional i just figured id post about it and see if it is or not.

its a difference between "on hit" and "on attack" caitlyns passive is per attack, vaynes is an on hit ability.
