Blitzcrank can knockup Fizz during Playful
Happens nearly 100% of the time. If Playful cancels regular autos I don't see why it wouldn't work with Blitzcrank's knockup

So this happens with a lot of empowered autos, and can happen with regular (nonprojectile) auto attacks.
Basically if you look at the specifics of auto attack mechanics, there's a specific lock in section within auto attacks. If the melee attack is in this lock in section, it will connect no matter what (short of removing your champion from the game for a moment in the case of Shaco). Happens a lot with flash actually.
