After a few rounds of testing, I've discovered that Ashe's passive is not working more than half the time. Autoattacks are not critting on frosted targets at all, but sometimes she randomly crits as if she were a normal ADC.
On top of that, her ult does not stun Jayce when he's in the middle of his To The Skies.
EDIT: I now realize her passive interaction with crits had been changed for some time.
pretty sure they got rid of the little crit numbers from her passive, the crits you might be seeing are the crits from essence reaver?
They removed her 100% crit chance from slowed targets by her passive a long time ago. Instead she does bonus damage to them.
She does not "always" crit now like she did for a short while.
When she shoots a target, they are debuffed by Frost. When ashe Attacks the tarket with auto attacks, she deals (110% + Crit chance) damage to them. So if you had an Essence reaver, you would do (110% + 20%) damage when you attack frosted targets. THis will NOT be shown in crit, it will just be a normal number.
Now, you know how other ADC's randomly crit? Like Jinx or Tristana or Twitch, when they crit, they do 2x the damage right? When Ashe randomly "crits", she slows them by 2x her normal slow amount.
Pretty cool idea.
