[GAMEPLAY] Unable to leave fountain

I do not know how much useful info I can provide since I did not have this bug; a teammate did.

I noticed our Vayne was loading slowly. When the game began, the announcer immediately stated, "A Summoner has Reconnected." It looked like everything would be normal. Vayne bought her items and started to leave the fountain. However, she could not. It looked as if she were legitimately trying to leave the fountain, but the barrier at the beginning of the game was preventing her even though the 15 seconds or however many had already elapsed and the barrier was gone for everyone else. I think she may have even tried to tumble to get out of it. The barrier seemed to be stopping her regardless. Vayne had to reconnect to the game, and this solved the problem (but bot lane was already lost at that point). I'm sorry I have no specifics on what created the problem, but I do know that it happened and that disconnecting and reconnecting fixed it.
