Yup! This is a result of Polymorph. Each Lulu skin has a different Polymorph critter, resulting in a different name. By the looks of the name, this was from Wicked Lulu! :D

edit: I knew that different skin have different critters, but I never knew that Polymorph changes the name. Cool thing though
