Runes Disappearing (New Runes)

My rune pages were all deleted recently, so I had to make new ones. When I got into a game recently, I wasn't allowed to choose my runes, nor pick any of the presets. It behaved as if I was under level 8, meaning it was automatically chosen for me. When i went to my collection to check for my rune pages, they were deleted AGAIN. It's affecting my gameplay if I'm forced a preset that does not work for me. I'm level 47 I should be allowed to choose my runes and not have them deleting themselves.
