[CRASH] This enormous problem has been unresolved for years
My internet connection is not perfect, and it never will be, but it is stable for over 99% of the time and has low ping. However, once every few games, I will drop packets for a few seconds. Instead of disconnecting me for those few seconds and reconnecting me once I am receiving packets again, like every other online multiplayer game I have every played has, League of Legends decides that the best way to handle the situation is to refuse to reconnect me, despite my internet having been fixed, and force me to close the game. Now if that was all, I could still tolerate it. It gets worse though. Despite my internet being fully functional and able to connect to any other internet service or game, League of Legends crashes every time I attempt to reconnect from the client. Rebooting the client does not work. I am not allowed back in until the game is over. I just want to know why one of the most popular games in the world decides to handle reconnections in such a way as to prevent anyone who has any amount of packet loss at all from being able to play without the perpetual risk of being banned due to being locked out of every occasional game for no good reason.
Edit: I'd like to add that I've tried literally everything on every connection help video or post that I could find, and none of it had any affect.
