[GAMEPLAY] Summoner's Rift Jungle Monsters Animations Frozen

This occurred after the preseason patch a total of 4 times for me. Twice for wolf camp and once for red and blue buffs. They still deal and take damage, but they do not move and are stuck in their passive animation.
