[GAMEPLAY] Missing Health Bar

This isn't the first time I've run into this bug, but since it's been happening a decent amount, I've finally gotten around to screenshotting the problem. This isn't gamebreaking, but the problem is that the health and mana bars themselves are missing in the UI below the abilities bar. I normally just pay attention to the health bar above my champion, but since I've been seeing it a fair amount and it's a little annoying that I can't see the relative health bar alongside the actual number, I feel it's worth mentioning. I don't know exactly what might be causing it, but I'm pretty sure it's a texture not loading in. The first time it happened, I was playing and noticed the problem that you see here. The only difference was that the, for lack of a better word, "aura" around the front of the bar on his energy was still there, but everything else was absent. I will try and get more screenshots if it occurs again.
