Can't Click to Move

I was playing a game on Summoner's Rift (Normal) as Talon, the first minute I was able to move but after the minute, it was difficult for me to move. I went back to see what was up, and I was unable to move from the shop (with either my track pad or mouse). I was able to buy items and use my abilities but anywhere I clicked on the map, I didn't move at all. I made sure my mouse was working, and restarted the game and League client a couple times. My friend told me he had the same bug a couple days ago in another game, and he was not playing Talon.
