Unable to Right Click to Move (Will Only Left Click to Move)

I started a game earlier today and was able to right click just fine at the very beginning, but then was unable to move. It turns out I was able to left click to move though, so I did that the rest of the game once I found out I was able to do that.

I have tried several (custom) games, both with Ashe and Lulu. I have reset (logged out and in again) my client several times. I have tried unbidding and rebidding again. I also repaired the client. I am still unable to move with right click, only left click.

I am able to use my mouse just fine in anything else, such as selecting to play a game and what game mode I want to play. I can use my mouse doing anything else on my computer, but unable to use my right click during a game. I cannot find anywhere how to fix this problem.
