Main timer in spectator mode is not synced
When a match finishes loading in spectator mode, the main timer at the top starts at around 1:20, regardless of the actual game time at that point. Hovering over the timeline at the bottom shows the correct game time. Note how, in the image below, the timeline shows 13:22, but the timer at the top shows 2:22 (I noticed the discrepancy about a minute after loading in).
