New skin glitch and lag spikes ?

Ive been having lag issues all day for the past few days, as has my team. Our ping spikes like crazy every other 15 seconds roughly. We are also having an issue with the selections of our new poro skins loading and staying chosen as we choose our champions. Is anyone else having these issues ?
