Error 183+crash?

For the last week or so, myself and multiple friends have randomly recieved client crashes with the same error message. The client freezes, instantly hear a sound for a windows error and a small window saying "Error 183: Failed to create dump file" shows up. This is ridiculously annoying. Im really sick of waiting 30 minutes to join a normal game because one after another keep getting client crashing errors during champion select. Is this going to be addressed anytime soon?
