Anivia's Q Stacking Tear Twice
The first cast and second cast (to reactivate it early) of Anivia's Q are both adding a stack to Tear of the Goddess. Is that intended?

Good observation,
We can "technically" call this a bug, but it's behavior that isn't very impactful and probably isn't worth the effort to fix. Additionally it doesn't have a negative impact on the game.
