Teemo Thunder lords bug

The bug with teemo is possibly that it takes 1 auto attack with e active to proc thunderlord and i saw it happening alot when i was playing teemo it took 1 auto attack to proc it and there were times where just 2 proced it instead. Orginally it took 2 auto attacks and 1 q to proc the damage from thunderlords
