Keyboard Delays [not sure if client]

So generally what is happening is when i play a league of legends game (any map/mode) i sometimes/ frequently get games where i have this very annoying keyboard delay. now to go in depth it's kind of like zed where abilities do majority of the damage and i NEED to activate my abilities instantly when i press the button, but for some odd reason it doesn't activate until .5-1.5 seconds after i press the button. an example would be i can't throw my q's the right way because i activate it and move back and it doesn't go off until i move my character's direction even tho i pressed q before i moved. i would be willing to teamview with a riot person or anyone who could help me solve this issue please just let me know ASAP.
