client bug

theres been this random bug when i get into a game that it shows the loading cursor but doesn't show whos loading and at what pace. then i can't exit the league loading screen(did cntrl+alt+delete) and all it does it keep me on a black screen with no control over my screen (so essentially i have to log out of my computer and restart) the only way i can fix this is if i go to the client and fix it on my setting. this has caused me to get into low priority que and i was wondering as to how to resolve this issue and get myself removed from low priority que to to a bug/error with the client.
