[Gameplay] Unable to use some abilities on Katarina

So I was playing Summoner's Rift earlier today as Katarina when after I got a kill on the enemy Nocturne I found myself unable to use my Q, Ultimate, or B. I was still able to E and W though. I first thought I unbound some keys so I reset everything and nothing worked. Then I tried restarting the client but still unable to use abilities listed. Still ended up winning the game but it was frustrating.
