[Gameplay] [Bug] Lux Ultimate. Visual or Literal.

Summoner: K4SS4D1N Main Character/Champion: Lux (No Skin) Ult either has a faulty hitbox, obscenely poor visual (This has been adressed in the past, so I highly doubt this is the case), or damage fails to proc in general. Game was long. Did not end up watching entire game, had homework. At least two instances of the damage not going off witnessed, the second being roughly 21-25 minutes in game. Player in question first time Lux mid. Has been playing lux support; first game where this issue has been witnessed. I do not personally play much of Lux anymore, as I struggle with her skillshots. But I know this has been an issue in the past of a visual nature, and was adressed. Please address again.
