[CLIENT] Unable to lock in champion selection

In a normals draft I ran into two(?) bugs. First, when banning, i tried banning a champ (Morgana) and it kept popping up a dialogue box saying 'Unable to lock champion pick' (or something similar). Eventually, the ban phase timer ran out and after repeatedly clicking Morg and the lock in button, client paused not taking any inputs then banned Morgana. I figured okay, whatever, done with that now. Move to the selection phase, I was on the fifth slot for my team trying to pick up any champ as support but clicking champions wouldn't work as it had Morgana stuck in my selection even though it was already banned. I couldn't lock in a champion, queue dropped, and I got spat out back to my lobby with a dodge timer locking me out of queues for 5m. This is the only time so far that this has happened to me, I'll update if it happens again.
