Meowkai laugh is still bugged

So the thing is that when Maokai with Meowkai skin laughs and then moves, the laugh just cuts off and doesnt play, so you have to stand still for it to play which is lame. Im not a main of Maokai and I dont play him much because i play only ARAM, but when I do, I play with Meowkai skin and it always buggers me out that his laugh is broken and isnt being looked at.... And the worst thing is Riot fixed Meowkai missing "cat" sappling, but not the laugh..... Can I get an answer when will this be fixed?
