AA Changes in this Patch ( Talon,Darius etc)

I created this this a few days after the Talon Q change in patch 7.14. Im a Talon otp and so i realized that something was odd with Talons Q, he didnt AA sometimes and so i created a page to ask other Players if the experienced the same problems as I do. And there were many not only Talon players that seem to have the same problem since patch 7.14 where there champ would just stand there and do nothing after the changed Spell.
