Vladimir Spawning Without Some Health

For a few months now I've noticed a bug that when you get Vladimir in ARAM, he will spawn with 20-50 missing health points. It doesn't make a large difference to the game but is a little annoying to see when you spawn with some missing health. It happens with the initial spawn at the beginning of the game as well as upon respawn.
