@Riot About a Jayce bug that is making it difficult to play him.

So lately ive been playing a bit of jayce and in about 80% of my games ive been having the problem of when i switch from cannon to hammer form its like watching a video that needs to buffer i skip from on place to another during the switch im not sure if anyone else is having the problem or not its gotten me killed a few times and im not sure what to do i love playing jayce but when i need to switch to deal damage in hammer form or need a little speed boost its kinda hard to dodge skill shots when im skipping whats happening in game for like a second so i hope some one can tell me whats wrong if this is a bug or what it is cause it only happens when playing jayce and no other form switching champs like elise and swain only on jayce from cannon to hammer.
