[GAMEPLAY] 2 year old Aatrox bug still alive. (building G.A will negate both it and his passive)

This bugs been around since release, and I've never seen it officially listed as squashed, and frankly kind of annoyed he's still "available" if his mechanics won't trigger properly under certain conditions.

Building on causes a bug (which happened to me twice in one match) in which neither the GA nor his passive Bloodwell will trigger, basically gutting him, and a good defensive item from an already squishier Fighter. Other rumors are if you use Ult on will negate the ultimate and won't trigger his passive, though I haven't been able to test this theory. Please look into this Riot.
