Bug - Master Yi's Meditate Cooldown Reset when used in Combat

Epidermis·10/8/2015, 9:39:26 AM·1 votes·780 views

I was playing an aram on October 7th and I was playing Master Yi. I meditated to survive during a mid bridge team fight. I was almost dead so I rushed into a bush and meditated again. There was about a 4 second gap between the two meditations, and at that point it should have been around 30 seconds on my cooldown. The other team was Malz, Amumu, Ashe, Oriana, and Zyra.

It happened a second time during that match, always in a team fight though so there was abilities everywhere. My opinion is it had something to do with Amumu ulting me as I was meditating, but that is just a theory.

This doesn't seem like a bug. Master Yi's ultimate has a passive that reduces the cooldowns of all of his basic abilities whenever he gets a champion kill or assist. So it's likely that after you used Meditate, you got an assist, which lowered the cooldown of Meditate.
