Once again please fix this

I've posted about this multiple times and it's been a bug for months, You load into game and can't see hp bars or the scorecard properly, please for the love of god fix this because it puts you at an insane disadvantage having to have a teammate DC to fix this. Seriously it's not uncommon I'd say its happening in every tenth game I play to either me or a teammate and it's been around longer than ORNN. That's four champion releases and a couple class reworks where a bug that puts you at a absurd disadvantage hasn't been addressed.
