soldiers are synchronizing his basic attacks and sometimes ROOTS AZIR WITHOUT DEALING DAMAGES
when is riot going to finally admit they cant fix a bug?

also half soldiers hit do no damages
upon creating a soldier azir is rooted for 1 sec
and half basic within soldier range stalk him until hes at w-range apparition
